Niche – Multiwal is currently working on a very prestigious £90,000 project at the Old Trafford Supporters Club Hotel.
The 138-bedroom hotel is due to open this summer and Niche Multiwal has begun installing a series of moveable walls with a very elaborate and complex design.
Niche’s Multi-Electric moveable wall type 100K has been selected for this scheme in order to offer the client excellent levels of sound control, user-friendly operability and pleasing aesthetics.
This state-of-the-art technology gives an unusually long-term product life cycle and is therefore excellent value for money for the customer.
At the canal level (lower level), there are moveable walls within the bar and restaurant to create four smaller areas, which will be perfect for all types of events.
On the first floor level, the system divides up to create variations of rooms for office space and meeting rooms with a complex design with five walls. When folded, all the panels stack into one area for aesthetic purposes.
The moveable wall design has been refined by Niche under consultation with AEW Architects and fellow design partners over the last two years.
The hotel is sited next to Old Trafford stadium and is being developed by Gary Neville and the Old Trafford Supporters’ Club. In keeping with the football theme, the hotel will have a 16m x 12m pitch on the roof terrace.
